If you have contacted the Developer of the site and the application through the website https://gastalon.app and believe your data should be completely removed from the database, you must contact the Developer by email at hello+gastalon@victorso.to, stating in the SUBJECT: “Gastalón - Deletion of personal data” and in the BODY OF THE EMAIL the data you want deleted. The Developer will contact the user who requested the deletion of their personal data one last time to confirm the request.

The website and the mobile application are created, owned, and operated by Victor Erik Soto Martínez, the Developer. The website and the application offered are subject to acceptance, without exception, of all the terms and conditions contained in this document and all other operating rules, policies, the privacy policy, and procedures that may be published from time to time on this Site https://gastalon.app by Victor Erik Soto Martínez, the Developer.
The website https://gastalon.app and the Gastalón application are only available to individuals who are at least 4 years of age.
The purpose of the website https://gastalon.app is to maintain contact between the Developer and users of the Gastalón mobile application.
The purpose of the Gastalón mobile application is for the user to know the prices of various fuels sold in the United Mexican States, without these being taken as final or official.
I. It is strictly prohibited to use the website https://gastalon.app or the Gastalón mobile application to harass, send spam, or send messages containing offensive content, threats, sexism, or discrimination of any kind, whether based on race, gender, or place of origin.
II. It is prohibited to send, introduce, or run any information, program, or sequence containing viruses, Trojan horses, worms, time bombs, Easter eggs, or other computer programming routines that may damage, adversely interfere with, intercept, or expropriate any data or personal information, or the operation of the application or the website. It is also prohibited to inject or introduce a link, directly or indirectly, to any other website.
III. It is also prohibited to interfere with or disrupt the Service, the site, or the servers or networks connected to the services or the site; to transmit or introduce any material containing software viruses or any other computer code, files, or programs designed to interrupt, destroy, or limit the functionality of any software, hardware, or telecommunications equipment; to make a “frame” or “mirror” copy of any part of the Service or its code without the prior written authorization of the Developer; or to modify, adapt, sublicense, translate, sell, reverse engineer, decipher, or decompile any part of the Gastalón mobile application, its code, or any software used on the website https://gastalon.app.
IV. In general, Users may not use any type of device, software, or routine, existing or yet to be invented, that interferes with or disrupts the proper functioning of the website https://gastalon.app, and they agree not to use reverse engineering, decompilation, or disassembly techniques, nor to modify or translate the Gastalón mobile application or the website https://gastalon.app, since it is protected by industrial and intellectual property laws and treaties.
The Content of the Site may not be copied, reproduced, republished, sent, transmitted, transcribed, translated, stored, altered, downloaded, or distributed through any medium, invented or yet to be invented, for any reason, except for material that the Developer expressly provides to the User for that purpose. Such information is the property of the Developer.
The data displayed in the Gastalón mobile application regarding the prices of the different types of fuel corresponds only to fuel sold exclusively in the United Mexican States and is expressed in Mexican pesos. It must be considered by the user of the Gastalón application solely as informational and reference data and must not be relied upon for commercial or legal purposes. Therefore, the Developer of the site and the Gastalón application is not responsible if the data is used for any other purpose, nor for any damages or losses that such use, other than the one intended, may cause to the user or to third parties.
The data displayed in the Gastalón mobile application (gas station names, location, and price per liter of fuel at each service station) is obtained from public data published by the Comisión Nacional de Energía (CNE), which can be accessed publicly through the following official link:

The Comisión Nacional de Energía (CNE) is a decentralized administrative body of a technical nature, assigned to the Secretaría de Energía (SENER), with technical, operational, management, and decision-making independence. The Gastalón mobile application and the Developer do not represent the CNE or any other government entity in any way; therefore, the updating and availability of this data are not the responsibility of the Developer, who is also not responsible for differences between the prices shown in the application and the actual prices at gas stations.
Access to the Gastalón mobile application and the website https://gastalon.app does not imply any type of warranty regarding quality, truthfulness, accuracy, timeliness, or validity, nor the usefulness or suitability for any purpose of whoever accesses them. Both access to and use of the Gastalón mobile application and the website https://gastalon.app, as well as any use that may be made of the information and content included in them or accessible from them, are at the User’s sole responsibility.
The data on prices and amounts shown and listed by the Gastalón mobile application are at all times the responsibility of the competent authorities that publish and authorize them, and may change without notice; therefore, they are not the responsibility of the Developer.
The website https://gastalon.app may contain links to external pages that are the responsibility of third parties, whose content the Developer cannot control or monitor in any way; therefore, they are at no time part of the Developer’s responsibility.
The Developer may at any time take down the website https://gastalon.app and remove the Gastalón mobile application from the servers, stores, or platforms where it is distributed, without prior notice to the user, for any reason the Developer deems appropriate, which could affect the user’s continued use of the application without this constituting any harm.
The Gastalón mobile application offers no further warranty to the user beyond the constant updating of the data it displays, but not the accuracy of that data.
